The Findlay Trojan Marching Band (FTMB) received the highest rating of “superior” at the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) State Marching Band Finals on Sunday, October 28, 2007 at Welcome Stadium in Dayton.  The band has competed at state finals seven of the past nine years.  This year is the second consecutive superior rating at state for the band.  The 2007 competition show was entitled “Chaos and Order”, an original composition by Shane Kelbley.
